Well-Maintained stores all data locally on your device using an on-device Room database. Home profiles, maintenance schedules, task history, system records, and cost entries never leave your phone. No data is uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties. No account creation or sign-in is required to use the app.
• Notifications: Used to send reminders about upcoming and overdue maintenance tasks. You can revoke this permission anytime in your device Settings.
• Exact Alarms: Used to schedule precise notification timing for task reminders.
• Internet: Required for potential future features; currently no data is transmitted.
Well-Maintained provides general home maintenance information and scheduling tools for informational purposes only. The app does not substitute for professional home inspection, repair, or advice. Always consult a qualified professional for safety-critical maintenance tasks. The Company is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hurstel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hurstel be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service. The entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to 100 USD.
