• Service refers to the Application.

The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Flyte is an informational AR overlay and discovery tool. It is not intended to be used as a primary navigation, mapping, or safety device. You should not rely solely on Flyte for navigation or situational awareness.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
